I seek His Face and walk with Him in the present. I no longer seek to know the future by way of tools of divination. I prefer to let Him reveal His Will to me in His Way and at a time of His Choosing.

I am free to celebrate the sign I am born under: Scorpius (a.k.a. Scorpio) the Scorpion. The celebration is called 'Dreamtime.' This year, Dreamtime lasts from the first day of the Scorpio-Libra cusp to the last day of the Sagittarius-Scorpio cusp: October 19 to November 24.

As a lay-priest in Nichiren Shoshu of America (1988-2009) I once studied a form of Mahayana Buddhism. I was taught that Karma is 'the mystic law of cause and effect.' Karma applied to all believers. It was impersonal, easy to understand and definitely reliable.

If I understand correctly, Romans 12:19 is another matter entirely. Before God says "I will repay," He asks believers who have been wronged to not seek vengeance. It is His personal guarantee to destroy the source of one's suffering while keeping believers at a safe distance from His Wrath.

The most difficult part of my transition is the part that spans the distance between Karma and Him from a convert's perspective.

For decades, my shrines were built outside of my person. No matter how big or small the shrines, it is from those vantage points that I would deal with the effects of my Karma, good or bad.

Jesus is with me wherever I go. His Challenge to me: Stay focused on Him and live my life, thank Him for all He is continuing to do in me and through me, and watch what happens. God is good.

The Seventh Day

Day 7 of isolation: No, I'm not going stir-crazy...yet. There's too much going on in the world and too many stupid ideas circulating on television, as well as on social media, for me to stay disengaged for long. I'm just testing my new face mask.

It replaces my old modified ski mask which, while initially designed to thwart surveillance cameras & early facial recognition programs, wasn't a good replacement for a hospital mask. Practicality & functionality matter more than style points, especially when one is caught up in the midst of a pandemic.

I'm guessing that by now you've seen the stories on the news about politicians and business leaders who say that the elderly should sacrifice their lives 'for the sake of the economy.' Those stories might be amusing if select politicians and CEOs weren't so serious about getting rid of working-class geezers like me.

It appears that the skinflints, cheapskates and misers in the GOP leadership can't find willing volunteers outside their ranks, so maybe they should look within. After all, many of those two-faced grifters are senior citizens just like me. Maybe the silver-haired psychopaths among them would like to show you, me and other seniors across the country what those 'sacrifices' look like.

Such demonstrations would surely add an element of excitement to our current, run-of-the-mill press conferences. Instead of focusing solely on Donald Trump's bold-faced lies, or cutting him off entirely, the networks could add special segments during which an avid euthanasia enthusiast, such as former Tennessee senator Bob Corker, would cheerfully take a last stroll into the depths of Hell, while the journalists fact-checked Trump's statements.

If that happens, be ready pull up a chair and enjoy the show. As for me, I prefer 'duty, honor and country' to grimy grifters and their greed. I'm most enthusiastic about the former. The latter is ugly indeed.

It's time to do something new, but we've got adjustments to make and some catching up to do. So let's get you caught up.

This account was suspended in April 2019. At the time of the suspension, The Curse of Asmodeus was the most popular vector, followed by Denizens of Zophos, Agents of Behemoth and Minions of Belial, respectively.

The Curse of Asmodeus and the Denizens of Zophos are both multiple award-winning pages on the Scoop.it platform. The last award notification was received  on January 29, shortly after the suspension was lifted.

In comparison, the Agents of Behemoth and the Minions of Belial never drummed up much interest. That may be due to a marketing flaw, but their numbers were lagging even before the suspension. Something had to be done so, during the nine-month suspension, a number of adjustments were made.

The Fixed Cross is now the official blog of The Destroyer's Data Mining Project, in addition to the usual suspects:

In the Vernacular

It's about it's about quarter past 10 at night. I've been trying to figure out a way to escape the glass ceiling between my ears and behind my eyes. I almost ran out of solutions. Then I thought that it might be time to try something new.

Now I am here speaking into my smartphone. It's an Android kind of thing, but you know what they say, "if it ain't broke, improve it." But I digress...

Way back in the early days of the Occupy Wall Street movement, I had to make a few changes to my information-gathering activities. I considered myself a fan and supporter of Occupy and tried stay connected to OWS 24/7, but I constantly fell behind developing stories I was following and totally missing breaking news relevant to my own issues.

Today is the second anniversary of the case of the bed bug mattress. We're busy picking up old momentos via Facebook and Twitter. Two years ago I was planning a little blanket party for demons on Halloween night. However, I was interrupted by the case of the bedbug mattress.


The case came with its own set of unforeseen circumstances and challenges. That notwithstanding, I made preparations before I went on hiatus through 2015. During that time, I filed a number of complaints with the Department of Justice through their Americans with Disabilities site at ADA.gov.


As sure as lawsuits are tailor-made for lawyers,
this drama isn't over until I say it's over.

The subject of domestic violence as well as sexual assault human trafficking and other forms of abuse are front page news and probably remain popular issues until election day. I don't see a problem with asmodeus as a vector. The problem I have is with BMS and belisle. Those two vectors have underperformed consistently. In spite of the Wells Fargo scandal in spite of Royal Bank of Scotland right after that at no time have we been able to keep the numbers up. So what we're going to do is join a number of resources together in an effort to better serve those factors that are underperforming. The following is a list of updates implemented this week via The Destroyers:

The S.A.W. is smaller by half. G-Pa on twitter.com, Priest and Mister Al at Scoop.it, The Hive at paper.li and Karmic Radio at Soundcloud.com comprise the current configuration of sites at TheSwarm.us (powered by Rebel Mouse). TheSwarm.us still functions as the communications hub.

Our newest addition is Occupy Hades (powered by Rebel Mouse). Occupy Hades includes Faceless.info, Icchantika at OccupyHell.us, which is hosted at Tumblr.com. The Destroyers.info has a connection to Occupy Hades, called The Mineshaft.

Faceless.info is currently under construction and should be completed by the end of the coming week.  Faceless is tentatively designated as a standalone site for the Scion of Scorpio and Operation Bridgewater / #OpBridgewater. Stay tuned for more details.

At the beginning of a conflict,
